Shipping And Returns Policy:
Order Shipping:
Your order will generally ship the same day it is received, but it may take up to 48 hours after it is placed, unless specified on the item page. Please verify that your name and shipping address is complete and correct during checkout. If your name or shipping address is incorrect, your order will be delayed. We ship Monday Through Friday.
Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping on most of our orders!
We don’t currently offer international shipping.
Items marked as Free Shipping inside of the USA will ship free to customers in the 50 U.S states.
Items marked as Free Shipping inside of the Continental USA will ship free to everyone in the lower 48 states. Please also note that these items are normally large, and can only be shipped to a physical address. No APO FPO or P.O. Boxes

How Long Will Shipping Take?
Listed below are average transit times depending on which method your item is shipped, during normal service periods. Every order will receive a tracking number that will show an exact delivery time.
- USPS Priority - typically delivered between 2 and 3 Business Days to most locations in the U.S.
- USPS First Class - Typically delivered between 4 and 8 Business Days to most locations in the U.S.
- UPS Ground – typically delivered between 1 – 5 Business Days within the contiguous U.S.
- FedEx Ground - typically delivered Between 1 - 5 Business Days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code.
- FedEx Smartpost - Transit Times typically 2 to 8 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. ***Depending on the final delivery address delivery times could take over the standard 8 business days***
Refund and Returns:
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please contact us at info@360safetyandequipment.com to start the return process and receive an RMA Number. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. Upon receipt and inspection of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging and show no signs of use.

Back Orders:
While our site uses real-time inventory, there are times when inventory quantities are in error, resulting in an item you ordered not being in stock. In this instance, you will be notified which items are not in stock and you will have an option to hold the back order or cancel those items.
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse for processing, which makes it difficult to cancel an order once placed. While we will do what we can to assist you with an order cancel request, many times it is simply not possible. If you need to cancel an order you placed, please contact us at info@360safetyandequipment.com immediately so we can advise you if the order can be canceled or not. If it can't be canceled, your order can be returned by following our return policy.
Why does my product look different than the photo?
Every once in a while you may come across an item that does not match the product photo 100%. This is usually due to innovation and to our continually updating our products. While this happens very infrequently, we may have a different version available with the same identical specifications that we will send out to keep you working. Rest assured this item is exactly what you ordered, with a slight variation in appearance. If you are unsure when you receive your item, please reach out to us so we can double-check everything is correct.
